DESIGN CONSULTATION

We will discuss your ideas and goals, also any lifestyle requirements, to better assist you in the process of achieving your goals. It is also helpful, for you to have some photos of things you like, or simply discuss things you like or dislike. Items you would like to keep or remove etc.

You may just want to discuss paint selections, or redesign and refresh your overall look, possibly renovate your kitchen or bath. No matter what, we will accommodate your needs. We welcome all size projects at TWI!

Services can include, but not limited to the following:

  • Paint Selections

  • Furniture, Rugs, & Accessories Selections and Layout

  • Custom Window Treatments

  • Maybe a new light fixture or some updated hardware

FULL PROJECT DESIGN

If you have a larger project in mind, we can devise a plan, put together a scope of work, and get started at your convenience. Here are some services we can offer based on your needs, as each project and client are unique. You decide what services or items you may want assistance with and we will customize to your needs.

Services can include, but not limited to the following:

  • New Construction & Renovation Architectural Plan Input

  • Paint Selections

  • Flooring, Plumbing and Lighting Selections & Layout Design

  • Cabinet, Countertop, Hardware Selections & Layout Design

  • Electrical walk through

  • On site meetings with contractors and subcontractors ie.
    (plumbing fixture & lighting placement, custom built ins, tile layouts etc)

  • Additional exterior new construction & renovation selections such as:
    Roofing Shingles
    Brick & Stucco
    Doors & Windows & Shutter Styles

  • Provide Furniture, Rugs, & Accessories

  • Custom Window Treatments

$125.00 Per Hour

  • Furniture Drapery & Decor

    Tracy has a keen eye, is creative with placement, color and texture. She is always eager to communicate to design your perfect style, by getting to know you and your preferences. The outcome will be a comfortable, yet beautiful and unique space for you, your family and friends to enjoy for years to come.

    $125.00 per hour

  • Kitchen & Bath Renovation

    We will start with a consultation, build a scope of work, including storage solutions, vanities, plumbing & electrical. Discuss your finish preferences, then provide a construction bid, make appointments with suppliers to make selections and secure quotes for your approval. Upon your approval, we are on our way to your beautiful and functional new space!

    $125.00 per hour
    (finish selections and initial consultation only.
    Construction cost separate).

  • Space Planning

    If a room is not functional, its beauty can be diminished. The flow of a space is imperative. Lifestyle and use of space should be discussed and prioritized in defining a space plan, and in consideration of furniture selections.
